Delivery & Order Information For Craft Racks.

Please note. We are manufacturing unit with an internet based shop and do not have a regular retail shop. Customers who are local to us may collect from our workshop premises by prior arrangement only. To avoid disappointment we would suggest ringing us before travelling as we are extremely busy or may be away attending exhibitions.

Order Process: Please note you will need to register in order to place orders online.

Place your order as shown below and complete the checkout procedure.

We will send you an email to confirm the order. This email contains important information. Please keep it safe.

How to Order.

Simply add the items to your basket and complete checkout and payment via the Paypal online Secure payment terminal.

*Paypal Card processing services*: Our store uses the PayPal merchant services to process online debit and credit card payments using encrypted SSL. During the payment process you are transeferred over to Paypals own SSL payment server, you may be given the option to create or log in to a PayPal account, however A PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS NOT REQUIRED to shop with us. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is NOT shared with the merchant (Craft Racks). Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction from Paypal as well as an order confirmation from ourselves.

Orders where payments are received after 12pm will be classed as being ordered on the next working day.

Dispatch / Order Completion Time: As each item is individually hand made  - please allow up to 15 working days from payment being received & cleared for your craft rack to be dispatched.  We often dispatch much sooner than this but during busy periods and exhibitions orders may take up to 15 working days to be dispatched.

Dispatch time is not to be confused with the courier service we use to send parcels out - which is a 24hr next working day service - once your parcel is dispatched it will arrive the next working day - Remote regions, Highlands, Isles etc may be classed as a 2-3 working day delivery area.

Where we deliver
We deliver throughout the UK central mainland
. If your address in Scottish Highlands & Islands, remote regions and offshore Isles these are subject to a postage surcharge - this is made by all courier companies - not us! Please ensure you select the correct region for your delivery. Orders placed with an incorrect postal region will be cancelled and the order refunded

Deliveries - Delivery costs are set by the couriers not us, parcels are charged by their size and weight.
The delivery costs are shown in the chart below. If you would like a quote on delivery prior to ordering please email us for a quote.

Ink Pad Racks, Craft Racks or Ribbon Racks - these items due to their size and weight are always sent via a courier service.

The couriers apply a surcharge to any orders which fall into Zone 2 or 3 as shown in the chart below. Please ensure you select the correct region for your delivery.

ALL postage costs are determined by the parcel size and weight and your UK area regional postcode. Where it is possible to combine racks in to 1 parcel - a combined courier cost is charged. However certain racks can not be combined as all couriers have a maximum weight / size ratio.

DELIVERY COSTS -   If you require shipping to a region for which a shipping charge is not shown, please ask for a quote prior to purchasing. 

All courier companies impose delivery surcharges on us for any parcel to the postcodes or regions as shown in the chart below Zone 2, Zone 3.

PLEASE NOTE: Paper racks due to their size and weight can not be combined - this would take them out of the maximum size couriers are allowed to transport.

Surcharges as shown below are in addition to the standard £9.99 courier delivery charge


ZONE 1 - All standard UK Postcodes except as shown below in Zone 2.

Delivery Aim: Next working day from dispatch date. UPS or DHL Courier service - Tracked.

Delivery for the first craft is typically £9.99

additional items if possible can be added and parcels are then charged by weight and size. IE: 2 x Triple ink racks = £14.99

3 x Double racks = £19.99

ZONE 2 - UK Zone 2 is Scottish Highlands & Islands inc Argyll & Bute. Also includes Western Highlands.

UK Isles Postcodes

Postcodes beginning with AB30-56 , ZE , G84, HS , KW , IV , KA27-28 , PA20-49 , PA60-78 , PH15-26 , PH30-44 , TR21-25 and IM . Isles of Scilly or the Isle of Man.

Delivery Aim: 7-10 working days from dispatch date. Courier service - Tracked.

Surcharge £5.00 - £20.00

(Dependant on number of items ordered

IE: 1 x Triple racks = £7.00 surcharge

2 x Double racks = £7.00 surcharge

1 Triple + 2 Double racks = £14.99 surcharge)

ZONE 3 - UK Zone 3 is Northern Ireland (BT Postcodes)

Delivery Aim: 3-4 working days from dispatch date. Courier service - Tracked.

Surcharge £20.00 - £35.00

(Dependant on number of items ordered

IE: 2 x Triple racks = £19.00 surcharge)

Delivery Services Used
Craft Racks when packaged are Large and heavy items which need to be sent via a courier service on a next working day basis subject to your region in the UK.

Please note the following:
Most of our parcels will require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or in a place specified by yourself, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is.
When placing your order online for the first time and paying via Credit or Debit card, the order will only be dispatched to the cards registered address, for subsequent orders you may specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you.
All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability.
Deliveries via couriers are made during working days - Monday to Fridays ( not inc Bank holidays or weekends ) and are typically between 8am and 5.30pm. Your parcel will be one of many being delivered by the courier company and as such the precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.

If you have any days which are best for your delivery - please add a message in the comments box during checkout and we will endeavour to ensure that your parcels are delivered on the week day specified.  Remote regions, Highlands, Isles etc may be classed as a 2-3 day delivery area.

Tracking your order
Once your item is ready for dispatch we will email you with the dispatch and expected delivery date and the full tracking details for your parcel/s.

You will be able to track your online order by visiting 'Your Account' , signing in and clicking on Order History. We will also send you an email at each stage of the process, i.e. when the order is placed, when the payment has been authorised and then when the order has been despatched.
If the estimated delivery date passes and you have not received all of your order, please contact our Customer Services team at
We will email if there will be a delay with your order and you may either cancel the order or we will send the your order as soon it is available.

Please note that some items are indicated as being a 'delayed dispatch' item. We will endeavour to indicate an estimated dispatch time for these items in the description of the item.


IMPORTANT: We check every item for quality before packaging and despatch! Please check your goods on receipt prior to signing for them, any package or item damage must be clearly noted on the consignment note/screen at the time of delivery - if the driver does not allow you time to check the items then please sign the consignment note as such.
In any event that the outer packaging is damaged does not mean that the contents are damaged but you must mark the consignment note as "Box damaged on arrival" , marking any consignment note as "Unchecked" will not cover us in the event of an insurance claim against the carrier. The carrier shall not be liable if goods are signed for without a written comment such as "Damaged", "Box Damaged" etc. By signing for the parcel without any comment you are confirming that they have been signed for delivered as "in good condition".
Please also contact us within 24 hours to report this to us and any damages, if and where possible photographs should be emailed directly to us to hasten any claim with the delivery company. Please retain all packaging as the carriers may require to see this.
