Delivery & Order Information For Craft Racks
Order Process: Please note you will need to register in order to place orders online.
Place your order as per one of the methods below and complete the checkout procedure.
We will send you an email to confirm the order. This email contains important information. Please keep it safe.
How to Order.
You can order any of our Craft racks in 3 ways:
1. Online: Simply add the items to your basket and complete checkout and payment via the Secure payment terminal. You can choose the ''Collect in Person Option" if you do not require delivery.
2. By Post: Simply add the items to your basket and complete checkout. Select the 'Print Order Form' to enclose with your payment. You may pay by Cheque or Postal Order - made payable to Inkylicious. You can also choose the ''Collect in Person Option" if you do not require delivery.
3. Telephone: You can telephone us on 01924 478398 Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm , Saturday 10.30am - 4pm to place your order.
Collection is available from our Shop in Batley, West Yorkshire.
You are more than welcome to order your items online and collect from our shop. To use this facility simply add your items to your basket and during 'Checkout' simply select the 'Collect in Person' option in the 'Postage' box.
You can pay for your order online or use the 'Print Order' form to bring with you if you would prefer to 'Pay on Collection'.
Orders where the 'Print Order and Pay on Collection' has been selected will only be set aside for 3 days. If the order has not been collected within that time or you have not contacted us to arrange your collection then the order will be cancelled - this is to prevent stocks from being made unavailable to other customers.
Dispatch / Order Completion Time: As each item is individually hand made - please allow up to 15 working days from payment being received & cleared for your craft rack to be dispatched. We often dispatch much sooner than this but during busy periods and show times orders may take up to 15 working days to be dispatched.
Dispatch time is not to be confused with the courier service we use to send parcels out - which is a 24hr next day service - once your parcel is dispatched it will arrive the next day - Remote regions, Highlands, Isles etc may be classed as a 2-3 day delivery area.
Where we deliver
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and The Scottish Highlands & Islands) and BFPO (UK Only). For Channel Islands - please contact us.
Deliveries
The delivery costs are as shown in the chart below. If you would like a quote on delivery prior to ordering please contact us on 01924 478398.
Ink Pad Racks, Craft Racks or Ribbon Racks - these items due to their size and weight are sent via a courier service.
The couriers apply a surcharge to any orders which fall into Zone 2 or 3 as shown in the chart below.
The postage costs are determined by the item size and weight, the courier service used and your UK area regional postcode. Where it is possible to combine racks in to 1 parcel a combined P&P is charged. However certain racks can not be combined - such as the paper racks.
DELIVERY COSTS - If you require shipping to a region for which a shipping charge is not shown, please ask for a quote prior to purchasing. We can ship to Europe, Ireland and the USA. Delivery costs are set by our couriers not us, parcels are charged by their size and weight.
All courier companies impose delivery surcharges on us for any parcel to the postcodes or regions as shown in the chart below Zone 2, Zone 3.
PLEASE NOTE: Paper racks due to their size and weight can not be combined - this would take them out of the maximum size couriers are allowed to transport.

Delivery for the first craft is typically £9.99 additional items where possible can be added and parcels are then charged by weight and size. IE: 2 x Triple ink racks = £14.99 P&P 3 x Double racks = £14.99 P&P |

Delivery Services Used
Craft Racks when packaged are Large and heavy items which need to be sent via a courier service.
Please note the following:
Most of our parcels will require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or in a place specified by yourself, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is.
When placing your order online for the first time and paying via Credit or Debit card, the order will only be dispatched to the cards registered address, for subsequent orders you may specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you.
All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability.
Deliveries via couriers are made during working days - Monday to Fridays ( not inc Bank holidays or weekends ) and are typically between 8am and 5.30pm. Your parcel will be one of many being delivered by the courier company and as such the precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.
If you have any days which are best for your delivery - please add a message in the comments box during checkout and we will endeavour to ensure that your parcels are delivered on the week day specified. Remote regions, Highlands, Isles etc may be classed as a 2-3 day delivery area.
Tracking your order
Once your item is ready for dispatch we will email you with the dispatch and expected delivery date and the full tracking details for your parcel/s.
You will be able to track your online order by visiting 'Your Account' , signing in and clicking on Order History. We will also send you an email at each stage of the process, i.e. when the order is placed, when the payment has been authorised and then when the order has been despatched.

We will email if there will be a delay with your order and you may either cancel the order or we will send the your order as soon it is available.
Please note that some items are indicated as being a 'delayed dispatch' item. We will endeavour to indicate an estimated dispatch time for these items in the description of the item.
In any event that the outer packaging is damaged does not mean that the contents are damaged but you must mark the consignment note as "Box damaged on arrival" , marking any consignment note as "Unchecked" will not cover us in the event of an insurance claim against the carrier. The carrier shall not be liable if goods are signed for without a written comment such as "Damaged", "Box Damaged" etc. By siging for the parcel without any comment you are confirming that they have been signed for delivered as "in good condition".
Please also contact us within 24 hours to report this to us and any damages, if and where possible photographs should be emailed directly to us to hasten any claim with the delivery company. Please retain all packaging as the carriers may require to see this.
