Our website is provided to you for your personal use subject to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and changes will take effect when displayed on this web site. You should read these terms and conditions whenever you visit this web site as by using the web site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. In these terms: "Goods" means the products offered for sale by us on the Craft Racks web sites and the subject of any orders made by you. Descriptions and Pictures Pictures, Photographs and charts may not be to scale and some variations in appearance and colour may occur due to customers own monitor styles, settings and differences. Manufacturers specifications are subject to change without notice, where possible if we have been given prior notice from such manufacturers, we will advise you of any known differences at the time of your order and you will have the opportunity to either continue or cancel the order. Invitation Our website invites you to buy goods from us. A legally binding contract between you and the seller for the sale of any goods will only arise when we the seller has received payment for the goods in full from you and accepted your order by dispatch of the goods. By entering into this contract you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. Receipt of your order from this web site will be acknowledged by email to the e-mail address given by you when placing your order. Prices and Guarantees All goods offered on this site are brand new and sold packaged as such. Delivery - Please also see 'Delivery' information page Please note that some items are indicated as being a 'Awaiting Stock - delayed dispatch' item. An estimated dispatch time for these items may be indicated in the description of the item. You can request that any delayed dispatch items be sent on when ready, rather than holding up your entire order. We will then dispatch these items via Royal Mail. Ink pad and craft storage racks may be a 10 to 15 working day dispatch schedule. Our Right to Cancel We reserve the right to cancel your order if any of the goods you ordered were listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information made by us and or received by us from our suppliers. We also reserve the right to cancel your order if any of the goods you have ordered are unavailable or have been discontinued. If the goods you order are unavailable or discontinued we will notify you as soon as possible and try to offer a suitable alternative or to cancel your order. If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail or in writing, whichever is appropriate, and will credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your debit or credit card or by return cheque, whichever is appropriate, as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. You will not be entitled to any additional compensation for disappointment or loss suffered. Your right to cancel Faulty or Damaged Goods - Returns and Refunds Returns Process Payment Events outside our control We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or for any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, third party default, Royal mail strikes and other industrial actions or disputes. Applicable Law All transactions undertaken through this web site are governed by English Law and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to English Legal processes and under the jurisdiction of English Courts. These Terms & Conditions will not in any way infringe or reduce your statutory rights.
"You" means the person ordering goods from us.

All goods carry their respective manufacturers' warranties unless stated otherwise.
All prices include Value Added Tax at the prevailing current rate and delivery charges to the UK mainland are stated if and where applicable.
An additional charge will be made for delivery to any address outside mainland UK .
If you are a customer outside the UK you may have to pay carriage charges for repairs or replacements under any applicable warranties.
We aim to dispatch as soon as possible and not later than 15 working days after you have placed your order or clearance of your cheque if applicable, unless an earlier or later date has been pre-arranged by you.
Deliveries for any of our Craft racks - sent via a courier service.
We will dispatch to the address provided by you at the time of order.
Working days do not include any UK Saturday, Sunday or any Public holidays.
Ownership of and responsibility for the goods will pass to you once they have been paid for and delivered to you.
We are sure you will enjoy your purchase but if you change your mind you may cancel your order by contacting us on 01924 478398 at any time before delivery or within seven days after the day following delivery.
Following such notice any goods delivered to you must (except where goods are faulty) be returned at your own expense.
A refund of the price you paid including any delivery charge will then be made within thirty days of your notice only upon receipt of the returned goods.
The goods must be received back by us, unused, un-opened and in 'As New' saleable condition, in the manufacturer's or seller's original packaging by a recorded delivery service at your own expense. The goods you return are your responsibility until received by us so we strongly recommend that you obtain suitable insurance to cover the transit.
Under no circumstances, other than in the event of faulty goods, will refunds be considered where the manufacturer’s seal has been broken or the packaging
interfered with.
If your goods have arrived damaged in transit please retain all relevant documentation so that we can make an insurance claim against the carrier's insurers. Please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation for you and organise a return of the damaged item and a replacement of the item.
If you receive goods in damaged condition, you must notify us by e-mail, post or telephone, as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours after receipt of the goods.
Refunds will be made by the same method as that used for the original purchase.
If your goods develop a fault, please notify us by e-mail, post or telephone, within seven days of the fault occurring.
Payment can be made Securely by any major Credit or Debit card, by placing your order you authorise Inkylicious to process your Credit or Debit card submitted for the total sale amount.
Your order will be processed in GBP - Pounds Sterling via a secure server SSL.
Payment can also be made via cheque, you may use the 'Print Order' when in the checkout stage and enclose this with your order and payment.
